Cereza is a red wine produced by Corvagialla Winery from Ciliegiolo local grapes, carbonic maceration on the skins for 20 days and aged in used barrels for 6 months, no sulphite added and no filtration.

The Corvagialla Winery is located in Lubriano, an ancient country town of Alta Tuscia Viterbese overlooking the Calanchi and Civita di Bagnoregio. Since 2018 Corvagialla is a certified organic company and the principles of biodynamics are also followed. grapes are grown without the use of herbicides, fertilizers and chemical treatments, the cultivated vines are Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo for the reds and Grechetto d’Umbria, Trebbiano and Vermentino for the whites on volcanic soils.
