Criante – Grillo 2020

Criante is a small family-run business in the heart of Alcamo and extends over 12 hectares of certified organic vineyards. Criante, from Criarì, means creating, founding, concretizing, realizing and achieving a set goal. Natural processes have always represented normality. Starting from the field, where the selection of the grapes is manual, up to the cellar, where all fermentations are spontaneous and the wine does not undergo any alteration. Only indigenous yeasts, the treatments tolerated: copper sulfur and green manure, only if necessary. The sulfur for whites is less than 50mg / l while for reds it is less than 30 mg/l.
