Il Baciafemmine is a rosé wine by Iacopo Paolucci, made from Sangiovese and Aleatico grapes. The wine undergoes 4-6 hours of skin maceration, followed by 7 months of aging in stainless steel. It is vinified without the use of chemical enological additives, except for minimal sulfite use, and without filtration.
