Borgonovo is a red wine by La Casa dei Cini Winery produced with a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 15% Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins until the end of fermentation, aging for 2 years in large wooden barrels and then an additional 1 year in bottle.
