Chillu Chi Volimu of Cantina Nasciri is produced from a blend of 8 native vines of the Calabrian territory, harvested and fermented all together, refined only in steel, with 5 days maceration on the skins. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no filtrations and clarifications.
