Galerno from Cantina Pequena Adega Romana is a red wine made from 70% Garnacha Tintorera and 30% Godello.
The grapes undergo a long maceration on the skins, ferment with indigenous yeasts, and then age for 9 months in terracotta amphorae called tinajas.
