Ceppanat produced by Piccolo Podere del Ceppaiolo Winery is a sparkling wine made from grapes Trebbiano, Malvasia Bianca Lunga, Uva Pecora, Grechetto and Verdello, aged in fiberglass tanks for 8 months and a following refermentation in the bottles, no addition of sulphites.
