Sine Felle Bianco from the Podere Casaccia winery is vinified with Malvasia, Trebbiano and Vermentino grapes. The grapes undergo a 6-day maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation in steel and malolactic fermentation in wood then be refined first in steel for 8 months.
