Barolo DOCG del Comune di Barolo is a red wine produced by Scarzello Winery with 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced sourced from the Terlo vineyard and some parcels within Sarmassa. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks with a 30 days maceration on skins, aging in Slavonian oak barrels of 25 hectoliters for 24 months, followed by an additional 12 months in the bottle.
