Barbera d’Alba Superiore is a red wine produced by Scarzello Winery with 100% Barbera grapes sourced from the Sarmassa and Pajagallo vineyards. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks with a 20 days maceration on the skins, aging in Slavonian oak barrels of 25 hectoliters for 18 months, followed by an additional 12 months in the bottle.
