Barolo DOCG Sarmassa Vigna Merenda is a red wine produced by Scarzello Winery with 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced from Vigna Merenda, in the heart of the Sarmassa Cru. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks with a 30-40 days maceration on skins, aging in Slavonian oak barrels of 25 hectoliters for 30 months, followed by an additional 24 months in the bottle.
