Marinetto from Cantina Sergio Arcuri is a rosé wine produced from Gaglioppo grapes sourced from old vines. It undergoes destemming, followed by brief skin contact for a few hours in an open cement tank and racking of the free-run juice, without pressing. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in cement tanks, and the wine is aged in the same containers for 5 months, followed by an additional 3 months in the bottle.
