Argilla Rosso is a red wine, produced by Terén Winery with 100% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grapes. Spontaneous fermentation, maceration on the skins for 15-20 days and frequent punch-downs, aging in concrete tanks for 9 months, subsequently 6 months in oak barrels, and finally, an additional 8 months in the bottle. No filtration or clarification.
