Tribulato of Tiberi Winery is a sparkling white, natural lively, made from Trebbiano grapes only. It is hand-harvested and directly put into the press. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats and is bottled by hand without adding sulphites and without filtering. During the Spring after the harvesting, the wine spontaneously re-ferments in the bottle with its yeasts. Not use chemicals either in the vineyard or in the winery.
