Llue is a red wine produced by Alma Raminga Vini Erranti Winery with a 100% indigenous Umbrian red grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in used, closed barrels, maceration on the skins for 5 days including 2 manual punch downs in total, aging in stainless steel for 6 months and in demijohns for another 6 months. No filtration or clarification.
