Langhe Nebbiolo is a red wine produced by De Simone Winery with Nebbiolo grapes, spontaneous fermentation for 1 week with frequent punch-downs and a delestage at the halfway point of fermentation, maceration on the skins for 15-20 days, aging for 6 months with 50% of the product aged in Austrian oak barrels, 33% in 300-liter second-use barrels, and the remainder in new barriques.
