Granomelo is a red wine produced by Ficomontanino winery vinified with Sangiovese grapes from biodynamic agriculture. The grapes undergo a 60 day maceration on the skins without temperature control in amphora, spontaneous fermentation and aging in demijohn tank for 12 months.
