Letitia Bullarum is a sparkling white wine produced by Cantina Fongoli from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes from biodynamic vineyards. Aging in steel for 6 months without adding sulphites and without using selected yeasts. Fermentated in spring adding must of last harvest.
