Mòcevò from the Palazzo Tronconi winery is a red wine produced from 80% Lecinaro and 20% Ulevel black grapes from biodynamic agriculture. The wine ferments in concrete tanks and then continues aging for 12 months in used 500-litre French oak tonneaux. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are spontaneous, only indigenous yeasts, no stabilization.
