Sine Felle Rosato from Cantina Podere Casaccia is vinified using early-harvested Sangiovese grapes. It undergoes a 6-hour maceration on the skins, followed by pressing of the pomace and subsequent fermentation in steel. Clarification is done by exposing the vat outdoors during the coldest months.
