Aris Cirò DOC Riserva from Cantina Sergio Arcuri is a red wine produced from Gaglioppo grapes sourced from old vines. It undergoes soft destemming and spontaneous fermentation with submerged cap maceration in an open cement tank (palmento) for 3 days. The wine is aged in cement containers for 24 months and a maximum of 12 months in the bottle.
