Rosè from Cantina Weingut In Der Eben is made from Schiava, Merlot, and Lagrein grapes. Direct pressing in tonneaux, where the must ferments spontaneously on the exhausted skins of Sauvignon Blanc. Aged for 7 months before bottling, unclarified, unfiltered, with minimal addition (<15 ppm) of SO2.
