Medusa from Agricola Sette, a white wine made from Moscato grapes from a small vineyard facing north, on soils rich in limestone, sand, silicates, and silt, with clusters left under foliage to preserve freshness. The grapes are destemmed, and the must remains in maceration on the skins for 24/48 hours. Fermentation and aging in Tava amphorae until late spring.
