Futura is a white wine from Cantina Di Cato, made from Passerina grapes.
Spontaneous whole-berry fermentation in steel with a short 7-day maceration on the skins.
After racking, it is aged in steel for 8 months, where it naturally clarifies through sedimentation between rackings.
