Bicunsio from Cantina Fongoli is made from Sangiovese, Sagrantino, and Montepulciano grapes. The wine undergoes 8 days of skin maceration, followed by a minimum of 2 years of aging in large Slavonian oak barrels aged between 60 and 80 years. Natural clarification occurs through rackings and oxygenation during the first months. The wine is bottled without filtration.
