Passito Bianco del Veneto IGT is a dessert wine produced by Montenigo Winery with Garganega grapes. After the long withering of the grapes, the must obtained from pressing undergoes spontaneous fermentation in small oak barrels. The slow fermentation continues over the course of months, aging by wood for at least 20 months.
