CeppaBianco produced by Piccolo Podere del Ceppaiolo Winery is a white wine made from grapes Trebbiano, Malvasia Bianca Lunga, Uva Pecora and Grechetto . The 50% of the grapes macerates on the skins for 10 days with a following aging in fiberglass tanks, without adding sulphites.
