The finish is clean, dry, and surprisingly long, leaving a sensation of pleasantness and originality. A rosé that breaks the mold.
Recommended Pairings
Its versatility and freshness make it an ideal companion throughout the meal. Perfect with grilled vegetable appetizers and bruschetta, cold pasta with pesto or cherry tomatoes, raw seafood, sushi, as well as pizza and focaccia. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish dishes and summer salads. The ideal rosé for an informal aperitif or a dinner on the terrace.
The Freaky Story
This wine was born in 2014 from a happy accident. A very rainy vintage and a downy mildew attack left very few healthy grapes. To avoid wasting the harvest, it was boldly decided to vinify the few remaining white and red grapes together. The result was so surprising and pleasant that co-vinification has since become a tradition—an “experiment” renewed every harvest, changing slightly depending on the vintage and vineyard availability.
Why Choose It
Because it is a manifesto of freedom and authenticity. “Freaky” represents the spirit of those who are not afraid to experiment, transforming a difficulty into a creative opportunity. It is a sincere wine, without masks, that speaks of its territory and its adventurous history. For those looking for something different from the usual rosé, a wine with a rebellious soul, incredible drinkability, and a story worth telling.
