Pupo Zero Greco by Cantina Vincenzo Nardone is made from grapes grown with spontaneous cover cropping, no mineral fertilization, no herbicides or pesticides, and with the use of some biodynamic viticulture practices. Six days of maceration, pied de cuve without the addition of sulfur dioxide, and six months of aging on fine lees.
