Vinà red wine from Vincenzo Nardone winery, a pure and essential Aglianico di Taurasi, the supreme expression of the red clays of Venticano. This wine comes from 30-40 year old vines cultivated with the Organic Forrest philosophy, without any chemical intervention. A long maceration of 25-30 days in steel and bottomless barriques. The fermentation is entrusted to a selected pied de cuve of indigenous yeasts from an eighty-year-old vine, without the addition of sulfur.
The aging process, lasting two years, combines steel tanks and French barriques, with continuous lees stirring for the first three months. This patience translates into an Aglianico DOC of extraordinary tannic finesse and vibrant minerality, unfiltered and unclarified, embodying the structural elegance and depth of the Irpinia terroir.
