Terre di Venticano Rosato from Vincenzo Nardone winery – An authentic and elegant Aglianico di Taurasi, a pure expression of the red clays of Venticano in Irpinia. This wine comes from vineyards cultivated with the Organic Forrest regenerative philosophy, going beyond organic to respect and promote soil life.
The vinification is essential and respectful: maceration for about 10 days in steel, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and no added sulfur during processing. Aging continues in steel tanks for 10 months, with continuous lees stirring (bâtonnage) for the first six months, giving the wine extraordinary smoothness and volume without the need for wood. The result is a pure and direct Aglianico, unfiltered and unclarified, which encapsulates the structural power of the grape in an accessible and drinkable form. A red wine that frankly tells the story of its terroir, its vintage, and the winery’s production philosophy.
