Garnacha tinta Rosa is a pink sparkling wine produced from 100% Garnacha tinta. Spontaneous fermentation of 4-5 days in steel, without temperature control. The wine rests for the whole winter and is then bottled, following the lunar calendar, on the so-called fruit day. No filtration or clarification, no oenological additives.
