Tra cielo e terra by Cantina Enoz Masseria Torricella is a red wine produced from pure Piedirosso grapes. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation in amphora and maceration on the skins for about 15 days, followed by aging in amphora for 9 months and subsequently 6 months in the bottle. No fining or filtration.
