Hail Bianco by Vincenzo Nardone is a straightforward and lively white wine, a pure expression of Falanghina. Born in Venticano, Irpinia, from young 5-year-old vines cultivated according to the regenerative principles of Organic Forest agriculture, without any chemical interventions. Vinification is minimal: direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts via pied de cuve, without added sulfites. Aging lasts 5 months in steel, with bâtonnage on fine lees to add roundness, followed by 4 months in bottle.
A direct white, unfiltered and unfined, that simply conveys the freshness and character of this native Campanian grape variety.
