Pupo Punk Greco by Vincenzo Nardone is a natural sparkling white wine of pure expression, born in the volcanic soils of Santa Paolina in Irpinia. Made 100% from Greco grapes, from historic 20-40 year-old vines cultivated according to the regenerative Organic Forest philosophy, without synthetic chemicals.
Vinification highlights the raw material with a short 3-day maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts via pied de cuve, and no added sulfites. Aging lasts six months in stainless steel.
Its lively and precise sparkle develops in the bottle through natural refermentation, triggered by the addition of frozen must from the same vineyard. A straightforward and mineral sparkling white, reflecting a unique terroir rich in pyroclasts, sulfur, and gypsum.
