Hail Rosato by Vincenzo Nardone is a light and fresh red, an unusual expression of Aglianico from historic vineyards. Born in Venticano, Irpinia, from ancient vines aged 40-60 years cultivated according to the regenerative Organic Forest philosophy, without any chemical interventions. Vinification is respectful: direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts via pied de cuve, with a minimal addition of sulfites (total 19 mg/l). Aging lasts 5 months in steel, with bâtonnage on fine lees, followed by 4 months in bottle.
A drinkable and unconventional red, unfiltered and unfined, revealing an unusual, fresh, and immediate Aglianico.
