Terre di Venticano Bianco from Vincenzo Nardone winery is a blend dominated by Coda di Volpe (85%), which provides structure and sapidity, complemented by the aromatic freshness of Falanghina (15%). Produced following the Organic Forrest philosophy, this wine goes “beyond organic”: it is born from vineyard management that respects the forest ecosystem, with spontaneous cover cropping and biodynamic practices. The result is a macerated white wine of great integrity, characterized by a 2-day maceration that yields a vibrant color and an enveloping tactile texture, without the use of added sulfur during fermentation.
