A Noble Pinot Noir: Sophisticated, Deep, and Elegant

A noble Pinot Noir that expresses the deepest and most sophisticated side of the winery. It is born from the estate’s finest plots, where grapes are selected with extreme care. This wine combines the varietal delicacy of the grape with a decisive structure, the result of a slow, artisanal process that prioritizes respect for the raw material and natural evolution in the cellar.

The process includes 30 days of skin maceration to extract color and complexity, followed by spontaneous fermentation. The wine then rests for 12 months in barrique, allowing the necessary time to harmonize fruity notes with woody spices. Bottled unfiltered, it keeps its vibrant soul intact, presenting itself in the glass with surprising purity and length.

Serving Temperature 16° – 18° C
Vineyard Origin Rheingau, Germany
Vinification 30-day skin maceration. Spontaneous fermentation.
Aging 12 months in barrique. Unfiltered.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Complex and intense, revealing hints of blackcurrant and cassis, enriched by a subtle woody note and nuances of sweet spices and wild berries.
  • Palate: A balanced and deep palate. The freshness of cherry melts into the softness of vanilla. The tannins are fine, velvety, and well-integrated, leading toward a harmonious, persistent, and highly elegant finish.

Recommended Pairings

Its complex yet snappy structure makes it ideal for roasted white meats, herb-crusted pork tenderloin, porcini mushroom dishes, or aged hard cheeses. It is also an extraordinary wine to sip slowly to appreciate its evolution in the glass.

Why Choose It

Because it is a Pinot Noir that accepts no compromises. With its clear, juicy, and complex character, it represents the perfect synthesis between the freshness of the German climate and the depth of barrique aging. It is the perfect choice for those seeking an elegant red that combines aromatic finesse with a structure that is never heavy.
