Pupo Zero Aglianico by Cantina Vincenzo Nardone is a revival of the ancient way of making wine for home consumption and for friends. Short macerations, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, pied de cuve without the addition of sulfur dioxide, and six months of aging on fine lees.
