Terre di Venticano Rosato from Vincenzo Nardone winery is a rosé of character, elegant and structured, born from the encounter of two historical native varieties of Irpinia. A blend of Aglianico (95%) and Piedirosso (5%), from 35-year-old vines in Venticano, grown with certified organic agriculture on calcareous-clay soils.
The vinification is aimed at preserving purity and freshness: direct pressing with a short static decantation of the must, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and no added sulfur during the process. A long aging period of 10 months in steel tanks allows the wine to find its natural balance. The result is a structured and mineral rosé, unfiltered and unclarified, which combines the elegant power of Aglianico with the fresh and spicy vein of Piedirosso.
